The road to draft day.
Built by someone who's been there.
Kavon Frazier · Founder
Kavon founded Built 4 It in 2019 while he was still playing, with a vision to give athletes the kind of connected, athlete-first draft prep he wished he had. As a former player who lived the Combine and Pro Day process, he built this program around elite training, honest guidance and a team that understands what this moment can mean.

One roof. One team. One plan.
Every discipline that moves your draft stock — together.
Most programs train you, then send you somewhere else for treatment, recovery or nutrition. Built 4 It keeps the disciplines that matter connected, so your coaches and clinicians can work from one plan every day.
- Coaches & clinicians connect daily
- Decisions driven by your testing data
- One individual roadmap per athlete

Inside the athlete experience.
What it feels like to train here every day.
The Built 4 It environment is designed so athletes can train, compete and sharpen every part of the process in one place — with coaching, feedback and energy around them every day.
Built to peak on testing day.
Training is periodized backward from the Combine or your Pro Day so you arrive fast, fresh and ready to perform when it matters most.
Full testing battery, movement screen, PT intake, nutrition baseline
Build strength base, tissue capacity and sprint-mechanics foundation
Power, max velocity, jump technique and 225 bench volume
Reduce fatigue, sharpen mechanics, quality reps and recovery emphasis
Taper, recover, mock testing and perform when it counts
Illustrative model. Each athlete's plan is adjusted weekly from testing and medical data.
Run faster. Jump higher. Test cleaner.
Every test is a technical event. We coach the positions, angles, timing and mechanics that move your numbers — then support the strength and power needed to own them.
40-Yard Dash
Stance, first-step force, drive phase and top-end mechanics — tracked at the 10 and 20 splits.
Vertical Jump
Countermovement depth, arm-swing timing and reactive strength, retested until it's automatic.
Broad Jump
Horizontal force, projection angle and a stuck landing — inches lost on the landing never come back.
Pro Shuttle · 5-10-5
Low, efficient plants, hip turn and hand placement on every line.
3-Cone Drill
Bend around the cones, body lean and acceleration out of every turn.
225 Bench
Grip, setup, bar path and rep pacing on a strength plan that peaks for testing day.
The 40 and vertical are heavily weighted — we coach them relentlessly.
Measure everything. Guess nothing.
You test on day one, retest every week and rehearse full testing days. Your plan changes with the numbers — and you and your agent always know exactly where you stand.
